Here at TeamEngine, we own and run our entire infrastructure. Hardware, software, and everything in between. We are now looking for another colleague who wants to develop and grow together with us. You will be a part of a team that consists of individuals that work closely with each other to achieve our goals. 

As an IT Operations Specialist you will be responsible for our IT experience and ensuring that our servers and applications are up and running, including end-user devices such as PC:s, printers, mobile phones and tablets. You are comfortable with tools for resolving hardware issues and knowledge of various OS versions. This means that your working days are varied and that you need to work both proactive and creatively.


  • Daily support and maintenance of technical equipment
  • Actively partake in the onboarding and installation of new services
  • Proactive improvements, efficiency work and develop new processes


You have broad IT knowledge and experience with IT-based systems. You have experience in solving IT problems, user support and you know the value of good service. This role suits those who love to communicate and build relationships with team members and customers to solve problems. You are an analytical, humble, and patient person, willing to jump in and help where needed. You are a structured individual that works well with others and thrives in an open, welcoming work environment. Since we are a small company, you will have a great deal of influence within the team, where your input will be valued and appreciated. 



  • Basic understanding of IT Security including ability to test, validate and deploy OS and software patches
  • General understanding of LAN/WAN concepts (ability to describe what TCP/IP is)
  • General understanding of network switches
  • Understanding of vlan configuration, switching and routing protocols, IP subnetting standards
  • Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English  

    It is a merit if you have experience in:

    • Knowledge of VMWare and working knowledge of IT hosting infrastructure
    • Knowledge of Incident Management Processes with strong incident management and troubleshooting skills
    • Knowledge of Windows server environment
    • Basic understanding of Active Directory management
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and assignments with high level of autonomy and accountability for deliverable metrics
    • Familiarity with tools for remote PC management (VNC, VPN, RDP, SSH)
