THE POSITION
As a Customer Success Specialist at TeamEngine, you will be responsible for the daily communication with our customers. Your responsibility includes follow ups with existing customers, management of new customers, handling support calls and helping our customers to become successful in using our services. Your day-to-day work will be different every day, and you will work very closely with our skilled Customer Success team to achieve our goals. 

This role suits those who love to communicate and has a passion for building strong and long-lasting relationships. You will be working in a successful team and have the chance to learn new skills and develop in our ongoing growth journey.

YOU WILL PRIMARILY WORK WITH:

  • Daily support by phone and email 
  • Follow ups with existing customers
  • Work proactively with renewals 
  • Build strong relationships 
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and improve ways of working with customer support

 

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for you who are at the beginning of your career and are now searching for your next great opportunity. You have great social skills who’s not afraid to learn new things and has a curiosity for technology. You have previous experience within service professions and want to take the next step in your career. You are a great communicator and take responsibility for your own work. Most importantly, you have a positive attitude and are excited to help others.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience with service or customer care 
  • Fluency in written and spoken Swedish and English  
  • You have a problem-solving mindset and a high work ethic

It is a merit if you have experience in:

  • Customer Success within a B2B organisation 
  • Fluency in written and spoken German
