We are expanding our team in Mauritius (Ebene) and looking for dedicated colleagues to join us.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at TeamEngine, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process. From sourcing, branding, interviewing, including offers, and managing the start-to-end recruitment administration. You are going to be a key player in handling our growing recruitment needs and you will work closely with management and hiring managers to do so.
You will also be responsible for planning and participating in employer branding initiatives, like career fairs at schools and events at the office, and also help us to plan fun activities for our employees.
YOU WILL PRIMARILY WORK WITH
Sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews and tests, and handling offers
Managing and ensuring a great candidate experience through the process
Actively searching and reaching out to potential candidates
Employer branding and communicating our culture and benefits to candidates
Planning external and internal events, such as career fairs and AW
Assist hiring managers with onboarding, welcoming new colleagues, and office management
To succeed in this role, we believe that you are a social and service-minded individual with a passion for recruitment. You have analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset. You have a strong inner drive, and take ownership and pride over your work. You are also a team player with the ability to handle multiple projects at once and are always willing to help.
You have an academic degree in business or HR
2-4 years of experience in recruitment
Fluency in written and spoken English
You thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
