THE POSITION
As a Customer Success Manager at TeamEngine, you will be responsible for the daily communication with our customers. Your responsibility includes follow-ups with existing customers, onboarding new customers, handling support calls, and helping our customers to become successful using our services. When you are not working with our existing customers, you will help the sales team with upselling and prospecting.
Your day-to-day work will be different every day, and you will work very closely with our skilled Sales and CS team to achieve our goals. You will be based in our office in London (just off of Chancery Lane) but work with clients all over the United Kingdom.
YOU WILL PRIMARILY WORK WITH:
Support by phone and email
Follow-ups with existing customers
Onboarding and training new customers
Work proactively with renewals
Collaborate with the team to develop and improve ways of working with customer support
Upselling and prospecting

QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience with service or customer care
Fluency in written and spoken English
You have a problem-solving mindset and a high work ethic
