We are expanding our team in Mauritius (Ebene) and looking for dedicated colleagues to join us.
THE POSITION
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible to support day to day operations of the HR department for both Local and Group employees. You are going to be a key player in handling our growing recruitment needs and you will work closely with management and hiring managers to do so. In this role you will also take care of all HR administration related to the employee life cycle and be a key point of contact for the employees regarding policies, payroll administration, leaves management, and general labour conditions.
You will also be responsible for planning and participating in employer branding initiatives, like career fairs at schools and events at the office and help us to plan fun activities for our employees.
YOU WILL PRIMARILY WORK WITH
Source potential candidates, coordinating interviews, tests, and handling offers
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Provide feedback to hiring managers and assist in the final selection process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and talent acquisition strategies
Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures and laws & regulation.
Support Performance Management Process.
Recruit and on-board employees.
Off-boarding process, including exit interviews.
Planning external and internal events, such as career fairs and AW.
Any other cognate duties that may be assigned.
ABOUT YOU

QUALIFICATIONS
You have an academic degree in Business or HR
4 - 5 years of recruitment experience in the IT Sector would be an advantage
Conversant with Worker’s Right Act
Ability to work with international colleagues in different times zones as and when needed
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
You thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
